  please help!!! Our entire blog has gone italics for several days now and we can’t get it back to normal. We have no idea why it did this. On our posting and edit pages it shows up as normal font, we’ve even tried to click it to be italics thinking it was backwards, but that didn’t change anything. Please help get this off! Frustrated Little Bit

  First off, I don’t see a problem on this site, http://decoratewithalittlebit.wordpress.com/ , in either Firefox or Safari. Did you get this taken care of or are you talking about a different site?

  In general, this is most often caused by an open HTML tag in one of your posts.

  Go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then click “save changes.”

  Now, starting with your latest post, open it in the editor, make one minor change such as adding and then deleting a space, and then click “update post.” Check your blog and if it is back to normal, you are golden. If not, open the next post and do the same thing till it goes back to normal.

  Also, your background image seems huge as it too way past forever for your site to load on my wireless internet service.
