The announcement that that theme exists has yet to be made here > http://en.blog.wordpress.com/. I’m flagging this thread so it will be moved to the Themes Forum where Themes Staff can respond to your questions.

Hi corkscrewboo,
Glad to see you using iTheme2! It’s still hot out of the oven, so we’re still fixing it up. Yes, the second sidebar is intended to appear below the first one. That’s the way the theme was designed.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

*Thanks* michiecat
I still dont see the point of it, if I add more content to the first one, the second one goes under the first post? -
I have a question on this Theme…. how to activate the carousel feature?… i really Need that info.

@elrecavorfabron
Scroll down to this heading “Featured Posts in iTheme2” and note the instructions there.All you have to do to activate is have a sticky post with a featured image. Once you have one, the featured post area will appear. If you have more than 5, navigation arrows will appear on the left and right. Your visitors can then click through to see all the posts you’ve featured.

I’ve just switched to this theme.
I love the post carousel and activated it OK, but how can I make the sticky posts and the carousel appear on the static page and not the front page? -
How can I make a sticky post???? I have been trying for ages, and I really want the carousel to appear…. but I can’t make it work…. please can I get an idiots step be step guide?

@izzlebums … It’s easy to make a sticky post. Where you publish your post, you’ll see something that says “visibility”. Click on “edit” and you’ll see a box “stick this post to the front page” .. just check the box.

I’ve done all the right things. I have a featured image in the post and I’ve made it sticky but the featured post carousel area still isn’t coming up. What’s up?

I’m sorry about that featured images link. Here we go again. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/itheme2/

I love the theme because of the static carousel (photo images) on the home page.
Followed all instructions on how to create the carousel but no success and I followed the steps several times. What’s the point in creating a theme if the main distinguishing feature (in this case the carousel) doesn’t work, or steps to implement it are ridiculously cumbersome to the point of being useless? Can someone explain in lay/basic 2-year-old terminology so that even a caveman can do it? s/ a very frustrated new to WordPress user. -
