itheme2 Featured images disappeared

  Hi I have a site at http://www.phizzfest.ie and another version at http://www.phizzfest.ie/2013.
  All was well until yesterday when I got a message that there were memory allocation problems. I adjusted the memory allocation through the config file and the sites came back.
  Problem is that now the Featured images do not appear with the itheme2. I tried setting a couple of diferent themes and the featured images come in fine with them – just not with itheme2.
  When I look at the posts in Dashboard the image seems to be attached fine. Pathway is set at ‘wp-content/uploads’
  I would be grateful for any help with this.
  I have tried uploading a couple of ‘good’ backups of the sites but the problem is still there.
