itheme2 not displaying correctly on iphone or ipad

  I use itheme2 on my wordpress.com/wordpress.org account
  and as I load my website on my ipad or iphone the header does not fit. I made the header exactly the size requested, nor does the layout fit the frame either.
  On my old wordpress.com account it does work and has a ‘VIEW FULL SITE’ option and this scales the website to fit the device!
  On the new itheme2 it does not and all my pictures/header are exactly the sizes required! is there a plugin?
