iThemes2 Image Gallery Post

I am trying to create a post with a gallery of photos in iThemes2. I have the option on the post page of selecting “gallery.” However, when I try and follow the directions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/ I cannot find the option for customizing or Editing a Gallery on my edit post page. I can upload the images but they are not going into a gallery format. Can you do a gallery post in iThemes2?

Gallery feature and gallery post format are two different, independent, things.
To insert a gallery in a post, you upload the images from your computer to your blog via the Add Media button of that post and click Insert Gallery once they’re all uploaded.
Selecting the gallery post format means that your front page won’t display all the images, it will display only a sample image and a read-more link. -
I cannot find the Insert Gallery Post option. I do not see that on the Edit or Add Media page. Can you tell me where to look?
Also do I upload the images as thumbnails?

You edit the post, click the Add Media button, upload all the images from your computer. When uploading is over, a popup window should show up, and this window includes the tab “Insert Gallery”.

Got it now. I see that the Gallery option is a tab next to Media Library. I had never clicked on that before. Thanks a lot for your help. Appreciate it.

The Gallery tab still doesn’t appear for me in the Image Uploader after uploading completes unless I click the “Save All Changes” button.
