Itried to cahane my free wordpress do main to my persal domain but my wordpress

  I tried to change my free wordpress domain to my personal domain name, but my wordpress
  general control panel setting was not showing my wordpress domain name. It was only showing, Site Title,Tagline, Timezone and Date Format. I did not have the option of entering my new website adress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I was simply changing from free wordpress site [https://fynesmlmleads.wordpress.com/ ] to my own domain name.
  [my own domain name.com]
  What I’m saying is that worpress address [URL], Site address [URL] AND Email address are not showing when I go to settings and click on general.
  Please refer to this you tube tutorial video and look out for what is missing when I go through the same process. There was no box with the wordpress wbsite url on it. So I can not be able to replace the wordpress Url with my personal URL.
