I assume you’re speaking of your WordAds application for your Jetpack-connected site, https://gametechsports.com, correct? Your application will be approved automatically once your site meets the minimum traffic requirement. You won’t receive any updates until that happens.
You can bypass the traffic requirement by upgrading to the Jetpack Premium or Professional plan.
