It’s a WordPress Problem : problems with temporary redirections from WP
-
Hi there,
I have 85 temporary redirections issues affecting my site. It is not linked with my SEO plugin as it is written : temporary redirection managed by Worpress.
Can someone help me with this? It is affecting my website’s heatlh and the navigation. Those temporary redirections are automatically done. They should be permanent redirections to allow the good flow of information.
Can I know what to do?Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am really sorry to hear about that.
It sounds like the temporary redirects on your site might be coming from outdated URLs or old content being handled by WordPress. You’re right—these should ideally be permanent (301) redirects to help with SEO and user experience.
To address this, I recommend using a plugin like Redirection (https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/). It’s a free, user-friendly tool that lets you manage all your redirects easily, including converting temporary redirects (302) to permanent ones (301). You can also monitor for any automatic redirections happening in the background and ensure they’re handled correctly.
Once you install the plugin, you can check the list of current redirects and change any temporary ones to permanent. The plugin also offers detailed logs so you can track any new redirects being added automatically.
If you need further guidance, feel free to ask!
