it's about xanga insert

    i guess it’s because of me… i insert the same XML file repeatedly…(MY MISTAKE, SORRY~)
    then… problems appear…
    i have waited for more than a month…
    but the following message still appear on my insert board.
    ‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’
    Help me, please~

    Hi there,
    Sometimes the importer gets stuck. We wait only for 24 hours and then if the importer is stuck we tag a forum thread like this one with modlook so Staff reset it. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

    Staff do have a considerable backlog so be patient while waiting please.
