it's allowed to attach banner ads from another company? (WP TOS)

    hi there,

    want to ask, i just found few of shared hosting blogs with wordpress (not self hosting, they’re still shared hosting)
    just like [removed the list of sites]

    it’s enable for them to attach some banner from outside (except wordads)? you can check above. there are motorcycle factory ads banner they attach (yamaha)

    isn’t that violating the rules of wordpress TOS?
