  trying to access my blog…www.zinniaflorals.com when i go to that address the page is entirely blank i taught myself how to create this blog so i could have missed something important..kinda heartbroken given the time and effort i put in

  That site is not hosted here it is not on WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get support for it.
