ITS BEEN 3 DAYS WITH NO OFFER TO HELP – FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY WORDPRESS CUSTMR

  WordPress says they have the best support, engineers who work day and night to assist through LIVE CHAT, EMAIL, SUPPORT PAGES and FORUMS to answer ANY questions we may have.. its been 3 days and I have had absolutely ZERO help from anyone of the above forums they claim to be able to help.
  I am reaching a point where I am to migrate from wordpress to another as I am being left with no option but to move on. I am at a point where I don’t know if or not someone will even read my message and respond. If i dont hear back within 24 hours i will surely be taking big time offence for wordpress to be making false claims of complete support.

  This is my problem – please respond!

  1 – unable to log in due to 2 step security process
  2 – i dont have that sim or phone number on me anymore so i cant verify. I also do not have the code. Hence i cant get to the backend of my site.
  GOAL – get to the backend so i can continue with my site. Disable the plugin.

  Note that i do not have the code and if u advise me of the ftp solution , i need ftp address and step by step solution as to what needs to be done.

  I need help with http://www.eatlovepack.wordpress.com and NOT watever2015 but i couldn’t even login to the support to pose my question hence had to make a new account.

  I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE AS YOU ADVERTISE YOU WOULD CONTACT AND REPLY TO THOSE IN NEED ASAP. LETS SEE IF YOU FINALLY DO RESPOND.

  If you are unhappy and frustrated then you can imagine how unhappy and frustrated those who posted for help days before you did are.

  Return to the one with the earlier datestamp at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/unable-to-login-to-admin-page?replies=6#post-2484997 and know that Staff respond to threads in the queue in order of their datestamps so posting duplicates is not in your best interest at all.
