Its been 30 days since cancellation and refund still hasnt appeared on card?

    Hi,

    I purchased a Business account in November, but realized WordPress isn’t quite what I needed for my purpose. I talked to someone helpful through the live chat after which they confirmed cancellation of the premium account. They stated that refunds would be made within 10 business days, however, its now been a month and I still haven’t received a refund. According to the email, the refund was processed Nov. 30th. Please help!

    The refund has been processed on our end. Once that happens, it is out of our hands and wholly dependent on your banking institution to release the funds to you. Typically, this takes 7-10 days. But it can take longer for non-USA banks/credit cards.

    I would encourage you to contact your banking institution and ask them what the hold up is.
