It’s been more 9 days since I requested two refunds. Why is WordPress taking so long pay me back?
My blog is now self-hosted but I still need that money they haven’t given me back.
I had to buy the same theme I wanted from a different source but that doesn’t mean I don’t expect to get the money you owe me.

I’m showing two refunds in your account. One was processed on 5/2/15 and one on 4/27/15. The funds will go back to the same account or card you used to make the payment. Could you double check your records around those days to see if the refunds slipped by you?

I check my account all the time and it doesn’t show. Do you have something on your end to show that you did it?

Yes, I requested he refunds those days, and WordPress said it takes seven days to be effective. I don’t have that money yet

Have you called your credit card company? You are right that you should have received the funds by now, and everything on our side says the payments went through without a problem.

It looks like the money was there, but I never had it. Also, there was another $69 charge right after the alleged refund. So basically, you gave me the money and then took it right back.

Just to be clear, your records show you received both refunds, but that a new $69 charge occurred after the refunds processed. Is that right? What was the date on the new charge?

I’m going to send you a private email so you can send me more information about the charges you see on your statement. I’m not seeing any evidence on this side of an additional charge but want to make extra sure.
