  It’s been over 24 hours and my blog hasn’t been imported

  It says to contact support if it’s been over 24 hours and when I click the link it only lets me post to this public forum.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve heard back from a developer on our team, he was able to fix those parse errors up and import your content for you.

  There were, however, problems with some of the attachments. The problematic attachments were returning error code 500. Here’s an example of one:

  

  If you’re able to get the server side error fixed there, then we’ll be able to rerun our script to fetch those attachments. Let me know if you’re able to do that, or if you have any extra questions.

  Thanks for that, appreciate it a lot. Unfortunately it seems I lost my uploads folder during a migration between hosting companies. Is it possible to leave the uploads out for now and finish the migration of the text? Thanks!

  Hi Luke.

  Absolutely. If you check your site, you should see all your posts and pages have been imported. It’s only the attachments that were returning the error code haven’t been imported over.
