It's been over a week and still no reply!

I have been trying to email support for over a week. Emailed at least 5 times, left my number and everything. I still can not get any reply whatso ever and I have paid for extra services. I feel like this is totally unacceptable. Has any one else had this trouble?

Did you email, or did you use the contact form at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ ?
Also, go into the spam filter at your ISP and check that they have not mistakenly caught the email in their spam filters. That happens from time to time.
Also in the dashboard of your site, go to settings > general and check the email address listed there for admin purposes and make sure that is the email address you have been checking.

Thank you for your help. However I do not have a spam folder. The email address is correct plus one of the times I emailed them I had left my email in the message itself. I went through the contact form however I want to cancel a lot of my services and when I try to do that manually it says I can not do it because it’s been to long to contact support. This whole situation is just confusing me because they’re such a big company. B ut once again hank you for your help I appreciate it.

If you originally contacted staff before the end of the refund period, then they will still honor that, but if you did not contact then before the end of that period, then they will not issue any refunds. Everything except for a domain name registration is 30 day. Domain name registrations are 48 hours (2 days) and that is a rule of the partnering domain registrar.
