Hello,
Last week I engaged a freelancer via Fiverr to redesign our website. They have since caused me lots of issues, with all emails bouncing and now I see our original website is no longer published and the redirect I had set up is not working.
I know she had exported the site, is that what has caused all the issues? We had a personal paid for plan, with a redirect from centralwellbeing.org
I have briefly updated to Premium, but was told by the freelancer that it wasn’t worth the money and to cancel it. But now I can’t even see the Premium option? To be honest I honestly don’t know what to do, it’s been all a big stress.Can you help please?

centralwellbeing.orgis actually hosted at GoDaddy(123-reg is a child company of GoDaddy). If you were using wordpress.com you should point your domain back to wordpress.com nameservers.

If you have paid for the plan, you will continue with that plan until it is cancelled or if you don’t renew the plan.
You will need to point your domain at wordpress.com nameservers as it is not pointed here right now.
Assuming your domain registrar is GoDaddy, please follow the instructions at https://au.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664

Thank you for your help. I have changed the name servers but it interrupted my email again, so I’m not sure what to do now. It worked fine before the freelance started changing things, so I don’t understand it. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Could anyone try and explain it to a total beginner please?
