    Please help the hosting is with you

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites/

    I can confirm that readinory.com was registered at WordPress.com at one time but it appears to be hosted with GoDaddy currently. You are trying to access that site again? Sadly we can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and provides integrated caching, server-level performance improvements, security, automatic updates to core software, robust backups, and in-house support from our WordPress.com Happiness Engineers. To offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at your current provider, for example) which is optimized for our infrastructure and offers the best performance possible.

    Because of these differences, we do not have access to your site (we can only access sites we manage directly) and are not familiar with the source of your issue.     Hi again,

    I forgot to add that I looked up dealgates.com but I did not see a site at that address. It appears to be parked at the moment if I visit that URL directly. You are trying to start a new site that uses that custom address? If so you can do that here anytime: https://wordpress.com/start/

    You can enter dealgates.com when prompted in the site setup process to make that the address of your site. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
