Its not allowing me to upload theme

  Im trying to download my theme to wp, its free theme that was downloaded and the themes upload doesn’t have the button proceed colored in black to go on the next page. PLEASE HELP

  Only paid WordPress.com Business plans can upload a custom theme. Have you upgraded to the Business plan?
