It's not letting me renew my domain

    My domain expired a little bit ago (more than 2 weeks, so I know I have to pay the late fee) but every time I go to renew, my shopping cart has Domain mapping, registration, the late fee, and private registration but it won’t let me finish the transaction as it says, ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’ but it won’t let me say ‘Yes’

    are you logged in as the correct account that owns the upgrades??

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that domain upgrade.

    So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew the upgrade.
