  okay ive been trying to make a menu and have been having little luck with it im trying to make it so that my posts get posted on its on page and secondly a menu i was trying to make is stuck as my menu and i cant delete it and itts not in the order i want it help me

  You can customize your menu by using the Custom Menus feature at Appearance → Menus.

  If you’d like to show specific posts on a page, you can assign a category to your posts:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/

  And then add a category page to your menu:
