Hi, this post was very helpful, except I can not find the sharing tab under settings. When I click on settings,I only get the general settings for time format, e-mail, etc.

Do I need to upgrade my account to get this?

Would love to add a Facebook and Twitter sharing button without having to put it on the HTML of every post.

Hi, I have tried this method to generate both a Like and Share button to Facebook for my posts but am having some trouble… Using the WordPress Facebook widget I can set a ‘Like’ button using the dropdown option in the Sharing section. However when I do the ‘add service’ and use the URLs provided on Page 1, the new Facebook icon doesn’t display correctly in the button generated. I have also tried saving the icon to my account too and it still won’t display properly. I am getting something similar to this: http://www.iconfinder.com/icondetails/53899/24/blue_share_icon

Any ideas?

Thank you SO much!! I’ve been trying to figure out how to do this since yesterday morning (been up 24hrs now) when my best friend told me I really needed to get with the program & put a Facebook “Like” button on my blog to make it easier for people! I’m so happy you posted this! Excellent info!!

thanks a lot, this worked great but i do have a small problem. i have created a FB like and share, Twitter and G+ button. However it seems that they are not in a complete line and that they are a bit crooked? http://mediehubben.wordpress.com/2011/07/05/google/
