I have always accessed as @francocampanella and let me edit (as always before) 99percento.it.

@francocampanella, even though you also have access to the site, the name 99percento.com is owned by lacorteserafino. Billing issues need to be resolved through that account, or they need to transfer the account to you. If possible, please log in as that user and get in touch, or ask them to log in and reach out to us for you.

@francocampanella the domain issue is indeed urgent, but we need to work out a billing issue with the domain owner.
So, we need you to either log in as the other user, or if you can’t do that, use the account recovery form so that you can gain access to that account and log in as him.
Will you go ahead and use the account recovery form? You can use a transaction ID from when you paid for the domain.
The other option is to have that other user get in touch with us directly and work with us to resolve this.
