  My postcode is my postcode! It won’t let me put in any spaces so I can’t chaneg the format to try it that way.

  This happens from time to time. Usually, the issue can be resolved by trying a combination of spaces-no spaces, and also using upper and lowercase letters. Let me know if that works.
