  Hi there, what is the address of the site you need help with? Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

  The account recovery form @amiteshg93 linked to will only help with account recovery for WordPress.com accounts, and not site recovery. If your site is not hosted here, we won’t be able to assist.
