  How do i upload a song from my itunes . when i tried it times out.. do i need to reformat my music. if so can someone tell me how to do that.

  To upload audio files, you’ll need the Space upgrade

  For embedding audio files, it’s best if your files are MP3 files (iTunes file are usually m4a files).
  That’s what our embeddable player can play.

  You can find somewhere offsite that allows you to hotlink their sound files and use that for free.

  Try FileDen. It is free and it allows hot-linking.

  (The upgrade is needed if you want to upload music directly to your wordpress media files.)
