iTunes / RSS issues

Recently bought a new domain name but will continue to own the old one for the foreseeable future. Everything has been fine, but suddenly iTunes isn’t updating and actually looks like it deleted all our old episodes on the iTunes platform. Did switching to a new domain – despite still owning the original – change my RSS feed? It should just re-direct, right?
I know iTunes is tricky, but has anyone dealt with this before?
