Iv been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone, i got in contact with another department of WordPress who told me it was the wrong department and he couldn’t help, i then asked if he knew who it was i should be talking to and if he knew the contact5 detail and he said he couldn’t help.. n
couldn’t help????!!!! Are staff in your department trained to be unhelpful?
For weeks iv been trying to get a hold of someone to help me with my site so i could get it live. No contact details!
iv spent hours and hours troubleshooting and watching youtube videos and im a little tired of it now.
i would like a FULL REFUND please and i wont have any bad words to say ill just know that this program isn’t for me at this point in time.

@taniametalli – If you answer a forum post or run across a forum post where someone has added their email (in a way that the forum software doesn’t redact it), phone number, address or any such type of information, including PayPal transaction numbers, please MODLOOK the thread and add a tag “remove personal info”. What exactly is it you would like to refund? The username account you’re using to post here was created on 14 February, and the only site in this account, http://missemploy.wordpress.com/, was created on 18 February. You have never purchased any upgrades for this WordPress.com site, so there is nothing in your account to refund.
I see you’ve been in contact with us via email about the site, http://www.missempirepromotions.com/. As you were told via email, that site is NOT a WordPress.com site. It is not on our servers, and we have no control over it.
If you would like a refund for that domain, you need to contact Fastdomains.com, because you bought the domain from them.
If you would like a refund for your hosting account, you need to contact Bluehost.com who is hosting that site.
If you would like a refund for a premium theme or plugin you bought, you need to contact the developer or the marketplace where you bought that theme or plugin.
We cannot refund you for a service or a product you did not buy from us. That’s not being unhelpful. That’s a simple economic fact.
