I’ve accidentally connected two accounts

    I need to close the ‘practice’ account – I accidentally connected it to our ‘real’ website – how do I make sure I don’t harm the real one if I close the practice account?

    Hi,

    How are your accounts connected? Every WordPress.com account necessarily has a different account email address. Therefore it’s not possible to connect two accounts.

    Switch from one account to the other on the same browser requires not only logging out of the first account, but also clearing the browser cache and cookies.

    Hi there,

    There’s no way to connect two WordPress.com accounts, as @musicdoc1 said above, so can you give some more details on exactly what you did, including the URLs of the sites involved, so we can figure out what’s going on here? Once we have more info we should be able to advise you how to proceed.
