What is the domain you’re being charged for?
The account you used to create this forum thread has never owned any domains with us, nor ever bought any upgrades from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you.
So if you own a domain with us, it’s under a completely different account.
If you’re not sure what site/account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

I can’t log in, because I’ve already deleted the website… :(
Thus, my credit card has been a dead card. So, I have no idea how could it be billed. Please help me figure it out, appreciate it! -
Your site https://ohthebloom.com/ certainly has never been deleted as it is still up and running on the wordpress.com platform.
Just follow the instructions @kokkieh gave you to restore access to the account owning that site. -
My business was totally failed, how can’t I delete it from admin? I don’t want WordPress keep billing me… that’s so annoying.

Since the last time I forgot to cancel auto-renewal, I deleted the site and cut up my credit card just in case it happened again and again. Now, I do not remember the details of that credit card… I can not search for details from the site that kokkieh gave…

@yangnew, please look for the transaction ID for the last renewal. Here is how to find it: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id.
Once you have it, email it to
passwordhelp@wordpress.com. DO NOT post it here, as these are public forums. -
