I’ve been added as an admin, but it’s not showing up in my backend

I have my own WP login from years ago. I was recently added as an admin to a client’s site. The designer who was the previous admin added me, and shared a screenshot showing that I was now indeed an admin. Except that site is not showing up in my backend. The account is correct, I’ve tried logging out and back in, and the AI help desk is not helpful (I’m told that I need to pay for human support, except the site I’ve been hired to be the admin of IS a paid site, so…).
What can I do? Thanks!
