I've been billed for domain mapping but don't have site linked

  How can I stop billing for http://www.margateindependenttraders.org.uk? I don’t have a site that is mapped to this domain.

  Check the manage purchases page
  https://wordpress.com/purchases

  You may be able to cancel your domain mapping plan or premium plan as the case may be.

  Strange, it says I don’t have any purchases. Do you know how I can contact WordPress direct?

  Did you use any other email / login id to login to WordPress.com?

  Also, what was the site address of the ** .wordpress.com to which you mapped your domain

  That site, I’d deleted today.

  I have another login to wordpress but that site/domain isn’t listed there.

  Sorry, just a couple of queries:
  Did you buy the domain through WordPress.com?
  Are u being billed by WordPress.com or the domain seller (if different from WordPress.com)?

  The domain is registered with Gandi.net. The domain mapping is billed through WordPress. Thanks so much for your help.

  @margateindtraders that upgrade is listed under another account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that gets billing notices?
