I've been billed for two bundles, tried to cancel one but couldn't.

I need to talk to someone about canceling and getting a refund for a bundle. I tried to cancel it within 24 hours but it would. to let me. I got a message saying that an email was sent to you about the issue but I have still been charged for 2 bundles when I only want one.
Please help.
