Please be careful about posting sensitive information in a public forum like this. Additionally, our staff will never ask you for a complete credit card number, nor will any other reputable company. You should only ever enter your credit card number on a secured payment form.
I have removed your credit card details from the post above, but you might want to consider contacting your bank and explaining you posted your card number publicly online by mistake, so they can take the necessary steps to ensure anyone who may have seen this thread in the meantime doesn’t abuse that information.
You don’t see the Business Plan you bought, because you did not buy that upgrade with the username,
jblancom82gmailcomthat you’re using to post here.That plan was bought by another username on your site,
manuek1212. If you log in as that username instead, you’ll see this purchase on your billing history page. -

The fact is that I’m not the manuek1212 user, then I don’t have access to cancel the subscription and ask for the refund. The purchase was used using my card but I didn’t do it.

In this case, look for the transaction ID for that purchase and send it directly to our Account Recovery team at
