  Hi, I’m desperate for help! I logged into word press and my sites are no longer connected to my account.

  That site belongs to a different WordPress.com account, so you’ll need to log out and then log back in under the correct account.

  I’ve tried all of this, which is why I came to support for help. I have already attempted to recover my account and the account it gave me was this empty one. I’m very very frustrated. It’s taken me all day to get here and I’m still nowhere.

  The account recovery form doesn’t work because my contact email is the same as my account. So it sends me to the password reset link, which gives me the password for this empty account. Please don’t send me round in circles anymore.

  We only allow one email address per account.

  If you do own that site, you definitely have a second account under a second email address, so I recommend trying any other email address you have access to.

  I have already tried logging in my with yahoo email. This is the ONLY other email I have, which I keep for spam. WordPress does not recognize this email.

  so. I have emails from the past regarding these sites (lushesfood.com and mezoli.com). PLUS I have charges to my credit card for the payment of these sites, most recently $18.00 on January 20, 2020.

  I’m really fed up. I need help. What more can I possibly do to get WordPress to help in this matter?
