    I’ve been charged wrongly and my account is being used by someone else. I need a refund and to close my account.

    Once you’ve located the charge, you’ll have the option to contact support about that charge.

    About closing the site/account, I can see you already deleted the site. If you want to just get some help securing it instead, we’d be happy to help. If you leave it deleted, though, please know the content and address will be permanently unavailable after 30 days.
