I've been having a lot of trouble adding categories to my blog and now I watched

I watched a you tube video about adding categories to your word press.com blog. The lady was writing a post and she had this button at the bottom of her post that said add a category. WHAT A WONDERFUL IDEA. I wish I had one. I’ve got a button, but their isn’t anything in it. Any ideas. Should I uninstall word press and reinstall it. I’m really lost. I’m not gadget qualified.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I explained how to locate all your threads and comments in them in yet another thread. Please go back to the first thread on categories.

I tried to post a screen shot on here, but it sent it to my blog. There you can see that there is NO add category on my add posts thingy.

This may sound odd but is this the blog in question or not?

Okay. Go to screen options and be sure that you have enabled the module.

In your dashboard, click on Posts. Now click on screen options, and make sure categories is enabled, and everything else you want.
The screen options available change, based on the module you are in.

Didn’t you read the earlier posts. We’ve already tried that. In fact the post right before yours I’m doing that.

Yes, I read the comments, and what you are seeing is what I see in the Dashboard section of the Dashboard, not the Posts section in the Dashboard.
Good luck to you!
