I've been switched to contributor not admin

I’m trying to renew my domain name and can’t get to the store tab because it isn’t on my Dashboard and following a link just gives me an error message.
When I went to my profile tab, it lists me as “contributor”. I’m the only one on the blog, but months ago I had outside help transferring to self hosting. Something must have happened then
I’m wondering if this is why I can’t get to the store and if so, what do I do?!

Please note that the domain is in another account. Please log into that account and you will be able to renew the upgrade from the Store > My Upgrades page there.
