I’ve been trying to pay my yearly subscription to WordPress.

  I have had people suggest emptying the cache so I can pay my bill. Nothing seems to work. Every time I try to fill out my credit card info using the manual payment method I receive the following: There were problems with your payment:
  Sorry, there is a problem adding your product to cart.

  It would be best to return to your earlier thread as staff keep threads open until they are resolved. Duplicates complicate things.
