I've been unable to access my blog for a week

I’ve been unable to access my blog, intermittently, for over a week now. My ISP, Phone Coop (the Co-operative) (in the U.K) told me they haven’t put anything in place that would block or filter WP blogs. When I do get into the blog it seems to work normally until I sign out. Could you let me know (i) whether you’re in dialogue with Phone Co-op, and (ii) whether you think this could be a ‘gremlin’ ( a previous problem affecting only WP in may appeared to be due to Trojan. The ‘like/comment’ flag stopped working normally, and has not done since). If this turns out to be the case, might it be solved by re-installing WP software (can this be done easily?). Many thanks.

Your issue is the same issue as many other bloggers in the UK. When Staff have an update they will post it.
