I've cancelled my upgrade, when will I get my refund?

I have just been charged $299 for the business upgrade, which I did not want.
Anyway, I just cancelled the upgrade from ‘My Upgrades’ immediately.
When will I be getting my refund?

I’m showing that the payment was authorized (which means your bank put a hold on the funds) but never completed.
This means that as soon as your bank removes the hold you should be set. We don’t have any control over that but it rarely takes more than a day or two.
