I've confirmed my email address, still getting the 'confirm email' prompt

  I’ve confirmed my email three or four times now, but I keep getting the prompt telling me that I can’t post until I’ve confirmed my email address. I’ll click ‘resend confirmation email,’ click the confirmation link, get a message saying I’ve confirmed, and the message still won’t go away. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Anything I can do about this?

  Hi adptpro,

  I have looked into your account, your site is a Jetpack connected site. Our records show that you do not currently have any WordPress.com accounts associated with the user you are posting from.

  If you have another WordPress.com username with a WordPress.com account you must be logged into that account when clicking the confirmation link.

  If you are having trouble with your self-hosted WordPress site could you provide us with more information you may also want to try disabling all other plugins to see if the confirmation link is coming from another plugin.
