    I didn’t realize I had my account on auto-renew. Is there anyway I can request a refund? Thanks,

    No problem. I can see that we processed a domain renewal for thecrazypot.com.

    Are you planning to ever use that name again in the future?

    If you are ok with someone else building their own site under that name, then we can cancel it for you. That’s a permanent solution in which you forfeit ownership.

    So, if that all sounds good just let me know and I will cancel the domain and process the refund.
