I´ve deleted the user account to the URL

    I have deleted my google account (email visible only to moderators and staff), which I used to create the domain http://www.sulitjelma.com. The project of establishing the website has stopped, so I want to delete the website so that we do not pay more for the domain. I also miss the receipt for the last purchase of the domain, dated 29.09.21.

    Can you help me with:
    1) Send me the receipt for the purchase of the domain?
    2) Delete the domain so that we do not have to pay more for hosting the domain?

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    You would need to log into the correct WordPress.com user account in order to access that information and request a cancellation.

    If you don’t recall what account was used and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    I have tried to use the form, but I only find out that the reciept is not valid and that I have to use “lost password” to log in. The problem is that I deleted the google account that I used to create the site. Domain hosting I bought through wordpress.     I have transaction ID, receipt ID and the bills. The only thing I need help with is to get the site deleted so I do not have to pay more bills to host it.

    I do not understand why it should be so difficult and why I have to go through a forum to get help in 2022.

    If you don’t have any paid upgrades under the account you’re logged into, you’re directed to the public support forums.

    We also need to verify ownership of an account before we can help with any issues like you’re requesting. If we didn’t, anyone would be able to claim they own something and could disrupt or take over a site without the owner’s authorization.

    Since you’re having trouble with that form, please send an email to passwordhelp (at) wordpress (dot) com explaining the situation (and provide your transactional information), and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you.

    Additionally, on the account recovery form, if you don’t check “I don’t know my registered email or username”, the automation will check for an account using the email address you provided and direct you to reset your password.

    I would recommend trying the form again and check that box so the system skips the email/user account check and will allow you to submit the report.
