I've got adverts on my page but I shouldn't

  I’m sure I paid not to have adverts as part of my upgrade on whatkatyblogged.com and on my second site heymummy.tv but suddenly they both have adds on them. Help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ignore the reply above, it’s a spam post – there seem to be a lot of them occuring at the moment.

  To check you have the upgrades (and they’re not expired/lapsed) can you visit wordpress.com/plans and wordpress.com/my-upgrades to make sure that they’re still up and running on the sites you need.

  If they are, and you’re still seeing adverts then could you try using a different browser or computer (or disabling javascript and your browser add-ons) to make sure it’s not adware on your machine – an anti-virus scan should take care of the issue if it is.

  If that doesn’t help then can you take a screenshot of the ads you’re seeing which might help us propose a solution.

  Hi halluke thanks for that. I’ve just checked my sites on another computer and there are no ads so unfortunately looks like it might be adware I shall get antivirus scanning. Thanks for your help :-) I’m not great at this sort of thing so wish me luck!
