I've hosted a blog created in WordPress for years that is suddenly not available

  I created a blog using WordPress 7 or 8 years ago entitled ‘Around the World with Marsha & Joel’. It was linked to my wife’s website, ‘www.marshadowshenpottery.com’ and was hosted by iPowerWeb. About four months ago I revised the website (marshadowshenpottery.com) using Wix. The revised site had to be pointed to Wix through iPower. That worked, and the Around the World blog could still be accessed (I still use WordPress to do the blog). I haven’t used Around the World for a couple of months. Now, when I try to access it through iPower or WordPress, it is nowhere to be found??? IPower said I have to contact WordPress, but I can’t seem to be able to find a place to chat or talk to a real person. Please help. My years of work on the WordPress-created blog is nowhere to be found!
