I’ve just been charged by you incorrectly

I had this issue in the past and removed my card details, yet somehow you have charged me again even though you supposedly don’t have my card details and it’s not showing in my billing history!
I never signed up for a subscription for WordPress, and I complained of this last time you tried to charge me. Please remove my subscription and refund me immediately. I removed my card, so I don’t know how you are able to charge me!?!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m happy to get the refund processed and sort out the charge. Could you sign in to the account where the charge originated? It is not associated with the account you are using here: makanhouston
If you aren’t sure which account is involved please let me know what site address is listed in the receipt email that we sent.
