I've just canceled the Premium…

    I’ve canceled my Premium upgrade and asked the refund of € 99. But in the email, it tells me that I will not be refunded € 99 but only a partial refund of € 81. Why?
    I don’t want to keep my domain name.

    1. Exactly which username account registered the blog and purchased the upgrades for it?
    2. What is the URL of the underlying .wordpress.com blog, please?

    * If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.

    Hi there!

    I took a look over your account and am happy to see that the remaining €18 has been refunded by a member of staff since you posted this thread.

    @timethief was correct that the cost of the domain was originally deducted from the full cost of the plan. This is because domains are very tricky to get back after they’ve been cancelled and so we try to get confirmation that you understand the risks.
