I've just started blogging. I'm doing a practice blog. Can I change my practice.

  Can I change the title of my practice blog to the title I decide to use for my regular blog or do I need to start a whole new blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes! You can change it.
  Settings > General settings_site title
