I've lost access to my blog

  I have always accessed my blog admin via a saved ‘top sites’ tab, but recently had to upgrade my computer and lost all my history. Just tried to log into wordpress for the first time since the change and its saying I don’t have a blog even though the site is still live. HELP please!!!
